Jilian & Tony's Bay Area Wedding is a day I'll never forget. Not only were we above the clouds for their reception, but their SF City Hall ceremony and ride in a red classic car were seriously the cherry on top. Their wedding proves that you can have it all- a city hall ceremony AND a showstopping reception.

What made this wedding extra special for me was that it was the third Gomez wedding that I've been asked to coordinate. It has been such an honor to work with this family all 3 times!

The Venue

Jilian & Tony had an intimate ceremony at San Francisco City Hall on the Mayor's Balcony (the prime spot for photos!). After the ceremony and some photos around City Hall, the couple took some photos at the Palace of Fine Arts, then headed back to their getting-ready location- the Fairmont Hotel for some photos and a private vow renewal. Their reception was hosted later in the day at the Farallon Ballroom- which is truly a hidden gem. The room sits atop a cliff overlooking the ocean below with floor to ceiling windows and stunning panoramic views. It is truly a breathtaking space for a wedding reception.

Guest Experience

Jilian and Tony wove thoughtful, personal touches throughout every moment of their wedding day. The celebration began with an intimate ceremony shared among close family and friends and later ended with a larger reception, where the rest of their loved ones were welcomed.

Capturing memories with each guest was especially important to the couple, so they made a point to take a photo with each table group before dinner service began—an intentional gesture that made everyone feel included. The reception itself was vibrant and full of life, with both a DJ and a live mariachi band keeping the energy high and guests fully engaged. A traditional money dance and a packed, lively dance floor added to the festivities. The atmosphere was so full of love and happiness for the newlyweds. It was such a fun celebration to be a part of.
